Palette 5

I'm gonna attempt to draw 100 random characters using all the palettes in fallenzephyrart's 100 Palette Challenge, which she has since, sadly, taken down due to constant harassment. Nevertheless, I will still continue the challenge. I've got the palettes saved anyway, and so far, it's been quite useful to me.

It's a drawing and coloring exercise of sorts for me, similar to the 100 Writing Themes Challenge. Photoshop, took about 5 hrs.

He is King of the Ice Elves, a race of supernatural creatures that thrive in cold climates and have ice-based abilities. Yeah. Very original. I know. The palette kinda reminded me of winter and cold temperatures in general, so yeah. The feathers came in as an additional detail that followed when the palette also started to remind me of Kuja from Final Fantasy IX.
